Meeting Overview:

What is a contract? What are the basic components? Jeff will discuss limits of consideration, Texas and common law, gratuitous promise, basic protections for both sides (indemnity, insurance, ownership, and integration – 4 corners) among many other things.

Later this fall, Jeff will review B101-2007, Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Architect. So you won't want to miss this primer on Basic Contracts.
